Wild Salmon With Grape Relish

This delicious dinner recipe featuring Sun World green grapes is a great addition to diet plans.


  • 2 Cups Green Grapes (quartered)
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pineapple
  • ½ Cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce


  1. Mix chopped pineapple and cut green grapes and place in bowl.
  2. Measure ½ cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and pour over fruit.
  3. Mix, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  5. Bake salmon skin down for 25-30 minutes
  6. Place relish over salmon, enjoy with a side of quinoa.
