Make Sugar-Free Vanilla JELLO® pudding mix with two cups of cold milk and chill in refrigerator.
Cut grapes in halves and quarters, set aside.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, mix till smooth for crepe batter
Melt tablespoon of butter in 6-8” crepe pan till it bubbles. Spoon ¼ cup of crepe batter into pan and swirl pan so crepe makes full circle and covers the bottom of pan. Cook each side till light golden color. Stack the crepes on a plate separated by wax paper.
Once crepes are made, spread spoonful of vanilla pudding on each crepe.
Place cut grapes onto pudding, and fold crepes neatly. Top crepes with additional grapes and serve.
For extra sweetness, sprinkle powdered sugar on top of crepes once folded and on plate.
