Green Grape Brie Cups

This savory appetizer recipe featuring premium Sun World green grapes is a crowd pleaser


  • 24 green grapes
  • 4 oz. brie cheese, cut into 1 x 1 x 1/2 inch slices
  • 24 pre-made frozen phyllo cups
  • Honey for drizzling
  • 1 oz. unsalted pistachios crushed


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Line up 24 phyllo cups on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Slice each grape into 6 slices horizontally. Separate the 2 end slices. (You will not use for this recipe).
  4. Line each cup with 4 slices.
  5. Top the slices with 1 piece of brie.
  6. Heat in the oven for about 5 minutes (Until brie is starting to melt).
  7. Remove from oven let cool slightly drizzle with honey.
  8. Sprinkle with pistachios and serve.
