A smoothie bowl is a great way to pack your favorite fresh fruits into a quick and healthy breakfast. Top with coconut chips, granola or chia seeds for an added boost of flavor and protein.
1 frozen banana
1/2 fresh banana, sliced
1 1/2 cups frozen green seedless grapes
1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
1 tsp honey
- Combine frozen banana, frozen grapes (reserving a small handful for garnish), and coconut milk in a blender. Puree until mixture is smooth, thick and spoonable, adding additional liquid if necessary.
- Transfer smoothie into a bowl. Garnish with coconut flakes, sliced banana, remaining grapes and a drizzle of honey.
