Grape & Greek Yogurt Popsicles

This dessert featuring black seedless grapes and tangy greek yogurt is perfect for a summer day.

  • 1 Bunch Black Seedless Grapes
  • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 4 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
  • Popsicle Sticks & Molds

  1. Wash grapes then remove from the bunch. Set one cup of grapes aside.
  2. Put remaining grapes into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Strain the juice mixture through a sieve or cheesecloth, discarding the skins.
  3. Whisk the grape juice and yogurt together in a large container. Add the ice cream and whisk until well combined. Freeze for one hour.
  4. Remove from freezer, then whisk until smooth. Freeze for another hour and whisk once more.
  5. Grab the grapes you set aside, slicing large grapes in half. Add the grapes to the ice cream mixture.
  6. Spoon into popsicle molds. Position a popsicle stick in the center of each, then cover and freeze overnight.
  7. Remove the popsicles from the molds to serve.
