Grape, Date & Prosciutto Skewers

Salty prosciutto is the perfect compliment for sweet juicy green grapes and dates in these colorful skewers.


  • 8 Medjool dates, pitted and halved
  • 10 thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup green seedless grapes
  • Bamboo or cocktail skewers


  1. One by one, gently slide a date halve, prosciutto slice, and grape onto a skewer.
  2. Weave the prosciutto back onto the skewer then alternate dates and grapes 2-3 more times so the ribbon of prosciutto weaves between them.
  3. Continue the above with the remaining skewers until finished.
  4. Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve.
