Fruit Salad with Honey Yogurt Dressing

  • 1 Cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 Cup Watermelon, cubed
  • 1/2 Cup Green Grapes
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 6 oz. non-fat Greek honey yogurt
  • Sprig of Mint


  1. In a large bowl, mix sliced strawberries, watermelon, grapes, and blueberries.
  2. Portion fruit salad into servings.
  3. Drizzle 1.5 oz. Greek yogurt on each serving.
  4. Garnish with 2-3 leaves fresh mint.
