Fruit Salad Pizza

This fruit salad “pizza” featuring delicious seedless grapes is a versatile recipe that can be prepared as a kid-friendly snack or a healthy dessert. Adjust the ingredients to include your favorite fruits and toppings!


  • 1 Large Seedless Watermelon, 8 to 9-inch Diameter
  • 1/4 Cup Red Seedless Grapes, Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Green Seedless Grapes, Sliced
  • 1 Kiwi, Sliced
  • 1 Peach, Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup White Chocolate Chips
  • Dried Coconut Flakes
  • Sprig of Mint


  1. Slice watermelon into two ¾-inch thick pieces.
  2. Top watermelon “crust” with sliced grapes, kiwi, and peaches.
  3.  Garnish with chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and mint.
