Fruit & Cheese Kabobs

This fruit kabob recipe is great for entertaining and kid-friendly! Swap in your favorite fruits for a tasty low-fat snack.

Makes 8 Kabobs


  • 8 Strawberries, halved
  • 24 Grapes
  • 1 Can pineapple chunks (in juice, not syrup)
  • 2 Kiwis, cubed
  • 4 Light string cheese sticks, quartered
  • 8 Wooden skewers


  1. Place fruit on skewers alternating strawberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, and cheese.
  2. Repeat steps for remaining skewers, adding additional fruit or cheese as desired.

*For an extra twist, try dipping in low-fat greek yogurt
