Feta and Black Grape Stuffed Peppers

These cheese-stuffed peppers topped with black grapes make healthy snacks or delicious hors d’oeuvres.


  • 3 colored peppers
  • 1 cup ADORA SEEDLESS® Brand Grapes, cut in fourths
  • 1 cup (4 oz) feta cheese crumbled
  • 5 tbsp light cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp fat free milk
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp thinly sliced green onions
  • ½ tsp finely snipped fresh rosemary


  1. Quarter and seed peppers. Set aside.
  2. Quarter ADORA SEEDLESS grapes and set aside.
  3. In a food processor, combine feta, milk and cayenne pepper. Cover and process until smooth.
  4. Fold green onion and rosemary into feta mixture.
  5. Fill each pepper with feta mixture, top with ADORA SEEDLESS® Brand Grapes, additional rosemary and/or cayenne pepper.
