Broccoli Grape Salad

Cooking for a crowd has never been so easy. Whether you’re prepping for a potluck or a summer cookout, this broccoli grape salad is guaranteed to please.


  • 3 lbs. fresh broccoli florets, chopped
  • 2 cups red seedless grapes, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups celery, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (we recommend almonds, pine nuts, or pecans)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • Black pepper to taste


  1. Combine broccoli, celery, onion, grapes and bacon in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, about 2 hours.
  5. Add sunflower seeds and toss prior to serving.
  6. Serve chilled.
